Financial management and accounting are two fundamental aspects of any corporate business enterprise. Compare financial management accounting therefore, has become an integral part of corporate business and industry. It could be an individual businessman, a small business, a partnership, a private limited company, or a governmental firm. Financial managerial accounting helps the business with its different accountancy services. However, the dual operations of financial management and accounting greatly differ in content and profession.

Accounting basically permeates the development and application of accountancy skills. This involves auditing, book keeping of sales reports and manufacturing cost, revenue income, tax dues, balance of payments and checks, and numerous accounting functions. An accountant helps in the development of the budget and combines the various resources at hand to arrive at forecasts and predictions. He is to look into any lapses or underutilization of existing resources or if further investment is required by the company. Moreover, he has also to suggest with what to do with the profits? Should the company reinvest the entire amount or part of it, or should he, in cooperation with the financial manager distribute it as bonus to employees or wage-laborers. An accountant essentially has to have degree in CA, CPA, or CMA, or any other accountancy related degree.

A Financial Manager has to qualify himself in a degree of management such as the MBA. A financial manager at the same time might already be a certified accountant. His job basically involves the HR and its management. He decides the payroll, salary and system of wage of the employees or laborers of a company. He also has to prepare timely reports on the labor problems, and if there is any lacking on the part of the labor in a company's output, it is his job to rectify it.
